serving size is 1 1/4 cups Ingredients:
6 cups water |
213 g asparagus |
250 g broccoli |
1 1/2 lb salmon fillet |
1 cup uncooked orzo |
4 tbls lemon juice |
2 tbl olive oil |
2 tbl mustard, sweet & hot |
Directions:
1. mix olive oil, mustard and lemon juice for dressing 2. season salmon fillet with salt and pepper and broil for about 10 minutes, or until flakey 3. bring water to a boil and boil broccoli and asparagus for 3 minutes and then rinse in ice water to stop cooking 4. cook orzo according to directions on the box without salt or fat 5. mix everything together and serve |
