Very tasty, very creamy and very impressive. You will not have any left when you serve these delights. Ingredients:
1 can salmon |
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
4 tablespoons salsa |
1 teaspoon dried cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
8 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Drain salmon well. 2. In small bowl combine salmon, cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro. 3. Spread two tablespoons of salmon mixture over each tortilla. 4. Roll each tortillas up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours then slice into bite size pieces and serve. |
