Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
350 g salmon |
350 g pasta |
1 teaspoon garlic paste |
1 tablespoon basil pesto |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 lemon |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. 2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil and sear the salmon on both sides. 3. Toss the cooked pasta with the garlic, pesto and butter until thoroughly combined. 4. Divide the pasta onto 4 plates. Top with seared salmon. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and a squeeze of the lemon. |
