Ingredients:
6 ounces tortilla chips
2-3 tablespoons seeded, minced jalapenos
1 cup flaked, cooked salmon, skin removed
3 tablespoons feta cheese
2/3 cup chopped sweet onions
1/2-3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread a double layer of tortilla chips in a baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with jalapeno, salmon, feta and onions.
4. Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
