Pacific Northwest version of a Mexican favorite Ingredients:
6 ounces tortilla chips |
2-3 tablespoons seeded, minced jalapenos |
1 cup flaked, cooked salmon, skin removed |
3 tablespoons feta cheese |
2/3 cup chopped sweet onions |
1/2-3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Spread a double layer of tortilla chips in a baking dish. 3. Sprinkle with jalapeno, salmon, feta and onions. 4. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. 5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. |
