This is a very quick meal but when finished appear that you spend a lot of time on it, great served with salad and fresh bread... Ingredients:
salmon |
1 lb salmon, washed and skinned |
1 tablespoon butter |
season with chef pauls salmon magic seasoning |
dill sauce |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 tablespoons green onions |
2 tablespoons fresh dill |
1/4 cup cream |
1/8 cup white wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Dill Sauce 2. Melt Butter sautee onions until tender, add vinegar, cream and dill simmer while fish is cooking. 3. Salmon. 4. Melt butter in add seasoned fish and sautee until coodked to desired wellness, should only take 4 to 5 minutes on each side. |
