These little rolls are delicious and are always the first thing gone at a party Ingredients:
salmon rolls |
2 cup of soaked cous cous |
80g chopped walnuts |
juice of a lemon |
1 red pepper |
1 onion |
some ginger |
2 cloves of garlic |
6 strips of smoked salmon |
dip |
3 tbsp of low fat philadelphia cream cheese |
1 tsp of crushed ginger |
1 tsp of garlic powder |
2 tsp of chilli powder |
2 tbsp of lemon juice |
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp of ground black pepper |
pinch of salt. |
Directions:
1. Salmon rolls 2. Soak the cous cous as directed on packet. 3. Chop onions, garlic,peppers, walnuts and ginger finely. 4. Mix chopped vegetables and walnuts into cous cous. 5. Place a spoonful of mix into each of the salmon strips. 6. Roll the salmon up and keep in place with a cocktail stick 7. Drizzle with lemon juice. 8. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined |
