Baked Salmon with sauce. Ingredients:
16 ounces salmon |
6 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons capers |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. .Bake salmon until internal temp of 145. 2. Mix sauce ingredients, cover and chill for 30 minutes. |
