This meal is quick, easy, and cheap! I used to make this hamburger but since I'm eating healthier I'm trying it with turkey. It's usually a favorite in my home. I usually make it with mushroom gravy as well but turkey gravy should work as well.
Ingredients:
1 lb gournd turkey
1 tablespoon cavenders all purpose greek seasoning
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can turkey gravy
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can mushroom pieces
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix cavenders and turkey together and make into patties.
3. Place patties in a casserole baking dish. Evenly pour turkey gravy and mushrooms over patties. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes and green beans or any veggie.
