Salisbury Meatballs With Caramelized Onions |

Tried this one out on my family and they loved it. Good for a beginner cook Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
2 large sweet onions, halved and thinly sliced (walla walla) |
1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs, thawed |
1 (12 ounce) jar mushroom beef gravy |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. 2. Add onions and brown sugar to the skillet; saute and stir frequently for 15-20-30 minutes or until onions are golden brown and caramelized. 3. Add meatballs and gravy; stir to combine. 4. Cover and cook 5-8 minutes or until meatballs are well heated; stir as needed. 5. My family enjoyed these meatballs over noodles. |
