Cheap and easy! Serve over egg noodles if desired and with a big salad! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
4 pieces toast, crumbled |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
water (two soup cans worth) |
milk (one soup can worth) |
Directions:
1. Mix hamburger with egg, seasoning, and bread crumbs. 2. Make into meatballs - size doesn't matter, just whatever you like. 3. Fry them in a skillet until brown on all sides. 4. Meanwhile, in another pan, add mushroom soup, water, and milk and bring to a boil. 5. Add meatballs and all drippings from pan to the soup mix. 6. Reduce heat. 7. Let it simmer for approx 45 minute. 8. Serve and enjoy! |
