Ingredients:
1/2 head(s) red cabbage, shredded |
1 granny smith apple (unpeeled), diced |
1/2 red onion, sliced |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1 1/2 cup(s) balsamic vinaigrette |
salt and pepper to taste |
walnuts |
blue cheese, such as gorgonzola, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Toss cabbage, apple, onion, sugar and vinaigrette until will combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. For best results, refrigerate a couple of hours to allow flavors to blend. 2. Just before serving, garnish individual servings with walnuts and blue cheese. |
