A different type of finger food! Cut into squares as big or small as you'd like. This is really easy to make. Ingredients:
1 package crescent rolls |
1 pound mozzarella cheese, grated |
1/2-3/4 pound hard salami, chopped |
3 eggs, beaten |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
pepper to taste. |
black olives, sliced (optional) |
Directions:
1. Press crescent rolls into an ungreased 9x13-inch glass baking dish. 2. Press seams closed. 3. In a bowl, beat eggs. 4. Add cheese, salami and parmesean cheese and mix until well blended. 5. Spread over crescent rolls and bake at 300° for 35-40 minutes. 6. Cool to room temperatue and sprinkle with sliced olives if desired. 7. Cut into squares to serve. |
