An attractive and delicious anti pasto Ingredients:
ingredients |
20 thinly siced salami (any kind to individual preference) |
1 zuchinni |
1 round egg plant |
1 carrot |
a small bowl of stuffed green olives |
ingredients for sauce |
2 tb extra virgin olive oil |
1ts balsamic vinegar |
1/4 ts salt |
1/4 ts ground black pepper |
mix well |
Directions:
1. Cut egg plant and zuchinni in 1 cm by 2 ins slices and put onto the grill and grill till they are soft but not mushy. Carve the carrots and slice 2 olives for decoration. Arrange the salami and the vegetables according to your own fancies. Drizzle the sauce over the grilled vegetables. Serve with freshly baked baguettes |
