Found this on the internet, but with senile dementia sinking in I can not remember.I have not tried it yet but it sounds good. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt, to taste |
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste |
10 carrots, peeled and shredded |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the shredded carrots, and mix until coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. |
