Ingredients:
1 - 5 oz bag mixed greens (5 cups lightly packed) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
pinch dried basil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Put the greens in a medium salad bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil and vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and sprinkle dried basil on top. Season with salt and pepper. Serve. |
