Salad: Pear, Walnut and Blue Cheese |

A nice fall side salad. Ingredients:
1 cup salad greens |
1 pear, cored and thinly sliced |
1 ounce walnuts, toasted and chopped |
1/2 ounce blue cheese, crumbled |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
2 teaspoons pear vinegar |
salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Put the salad greens in a bowl, and arrange the pears, walnuts and blue cheese on top. 2. Mix the dressing ingredients together, and whisk with a fork until emulsified. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad, and serve immediately. |
