Salad Greens With Italian Dressing |

Plain and simple. Ingredients:
1 (225 g) container mixed salad greens |
2 cups arugula |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, place the greens. 2. In container with tight fitting lid put next 6 ingredients. 3. Shake well. 4. Sprinkle cheese over greens and toss with dressing. 5. Serve immediately. |
