Ingredients:
2 bags mixed baby greens |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
1/3 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place 2 bags of mixed baby greens on buffet in a large salad bowl. Toss with white wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil when the guests are ready to eat, so greens do not wilt. |
