This is a really good dressing that goes good on veggies. It sorta reminds me of hummus.
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped fresh garlic
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 large limes (juice and pulp)
5 fresh basil leaves
Directions:
1. Put garlic, basil and the olive oil into the blender.
2. Then take the limes and squeeze all the juice and pulp out.
3. Then blend to your liking.
4. Enjoy.
