I got this recipe from the July 13, 2004 issue of Family circle. If you like a flavorful dressing this is a nice recipe to use up the last of the mustard in the squeeze bottle. Ingredients:
1 -2 tablespoon mustard |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup vinegar (i like red wine vinegar) |
Directions:
1. Unscrew the cap to the mustard bottle. 2. Add olive oil and vinegar. 3. Shake well. 4. Enjoy over your favorite salad. |
