As the holidays approach, I am looking for more mixes to make as gifts. I am including the recipe, and some suggested uses. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles |
1 (2 5/8 ounce) jar sesame seeds |
2/3 cup chopped cashews |
Directions:
1. Remove flavor packet from soup- reserve for another use. 2. Break noodles-place in shallow pan with sesame seeds. 3. Bake at 350°F for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Cool and mix with cashews. 5. Place in suitable mix container. 6. To serve: Sprinkle over a salad. Keeps for one month. |
