Ingredients:
4 -5 cups water |
3 inches fresh ginger, sliced thinly |
1 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Boil the water, ginger, and brown sugar together. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add more water if tea is too strong. Strain and serve hot or cold. |
