Much better than store-bought! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground pork |
3 teaspoons sage |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 dash allspice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Mix well. 3. This is best after it's chilled a while. 4. It can also be frozen. 5. To fry, make patties and cook about 6 minutes per side on med-hi heat. |
