Ingredients:

3 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour |
2 cup(s) milk |
1/2 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon(s) sage fresh |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a saute pan. Whisk in flour until smooth; cook 2 minutes. Slowly whisk in milk until mixture is smooth. 2. Cook gravy until slightly thickened, 5-8 minutes. Stir in sage and pepper flakes. Season gravy with salt and pepper. |
