Sage Cornmeal Sticks

Ingredients:
1 cup salted butter, softened
2 tablespoons liquid honey
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Refrigerate ungreased baking sheets until chilled.
2. In large bowl, beat butter with honey until fluffy; beat in eggs and milk.
3. in separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, sage, baking powder, and salt.
4. Stir into butter mixture until smooth.
5. Using piping bag fitted with large star tip, pipe mixture into 3 inch long logs, about 1/2 inch apart, on prepared pans.
6. Bake in 350F oven until slightly darker on bottoms, about 15 minutes.
7. Reduce temperature to 300F; bake until crisp, about 15 minutes.
8. Transfer to racks; let cool.
