Sage Chicken Linguine

This is one of the first recipes I made when I was learning how to cook.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenderloins
2 teaspoons rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons butter
8 ounces cooked linguine
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and sage. Cook over medium heat until browned. Add wine and broth and remove chicken from pan.
2. Bring liquid to a boil until reduced by half. Add butter and stir with a whisk.
3. Serve over linguine.
