This is one of the first recipes I made when I was learning how to cook. Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenderloins |
2 teaspoons rubbed sage |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 cup white wine |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
2 teaspoons butter |
8 ounces cooked linguine |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and sage. Cook over medium heat until browned. Add wine and broth and remove chicken from pan. 2. Bring liquid to a boil until reduced by half. Add butter and stir with a whisk. 3. Serve over linguine. |
