Really smells great especially in the winter when the snow is blowing, makes the house smell wonderful. Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork |
1 teaspoon rubbed sage |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 pinch ground allspice |
Directions:
1. Throughly combine all ingredients; shape into six patties. 2. Chill at least 1 hour. 3. Fry in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and no longer pink in the center. |
