                    tasty crab cakes with sage Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup mayo  |  
                                                1/4 cup dried cranberries  |  
                                                1 1/2 tea sage  |  
                                                1/4 tea blk pepper course  |  
                                                1/4 tea salt  |  
                                                4 tbl buttered divided in 1/4  |  
                                                1/2 cup celery diced fine  |  
                                                1/4 cuo onion diced fine  |  
                                                1 lb lump crab meat  |  
                                                1 cup crumbled cornbread  |  
                                                1 egg lightly beaten  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. [1] mix mayo cranberries,and spices in a small bowl mix set aside 2. [2] melt 1 tbl butter,in a small skillet on medium heat, add celery, 3. onion.cook,and stir 5 minutesor until tender cool 4. [3] gently mix crabmeat and cornbread in a large bowl add egg. 5. mayo ,celery mixture. toss to coat well. 6. shape into 24 small crab cakes frigerate for 15 -20 minutes 7. [4] melt remaining butter-in a large skillet on med heat. 8. add crab cakes, cook about 6 minutes or until golden brown 9. turning once                              |
