Ingredients:
1/3 lb kefalotyri or 1/3 lb kasseri cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 lemon, juiced
1 loaf french bread
Directions:
1. Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes.
2. Melt butter in frying pan; add cheese.
3. Fry on all sides until crusty and chestnut-colored.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over cheese and serve with crusty French bread.
