I am not sure of the number of servings, it would depend on how you were using it. Ingredients:
1/4 cup white wine |
2 teaspoons saffron threads |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the wine with the saffron. 2. Bring to a simmer. 3. Remove from stove top and allow to cool. 4. Mix saffron mixture with the mayonnaise. 5. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
