Ingredients:
2 lbs chopped beef (or anything else you shot on safari) |
4 fluid ounces evaporated milk |
2 cups water |
4 fluid ounces tomato juice |
2 fluid ounces lemon juice |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup shredded coconut |
4 fluid ounces oil |
Directions:
1. Sauté the onions in a saucepan, and then add garlic powder, curry powder, chili powder, black pepper and coconut. 2. Add the beef and sauté until the meat browns. 3. Add the evaporated milk, water, tomato juice and lemon juice and simmer for 20 minutes. |
