This is a delicious dessert. It is called Sad Cake because it raises fairly high, then caves in in the middle. Ingredients:
1 lb brown sugar |
4 large well beaten eggs |
1/2 cup veg. oil |
2 cups bisquick |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 bag flaked coconut |
aresol whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar with eggs. 2. Stir in vegetable oil, then biscuit mix a little at a time, until all ingredients are well mixed. 3. Add vanilla, pecans and coconut. 4. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan atF for 45 minutes. 5. Serve warm with whipped cream. 6. REMEMBER: 7. * Sad Cake raises fairly high, then caves in in the middle.* |
