1/2 cup chopped red peppers |
1/2 cup chopped green peppers |
1/2 cup chopped red onions |
1/2 cup chopped carrots |
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
2 cups vegetable broth |
2 cups water |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Chop vegetables into small bite size pieces. 2. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl and pour into pan. 3. Boil for 10 minutes and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables get tender. 4. Cool for 5-8 minutes. |
