Don't worry, this isn't what you are thinking. I had some strawberries and mango and this is what I came up with. I hope you enjoy it. Ingredients:
1 cup mango, peeled and diced |
6 -7 strawberries, washed hulled, and cut into quarters |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup honey (to taste) |
1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. You may need to stop to stir ingredients. |
