Lunch or dinner roll with light rye flavor.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole grain rye flour
4 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 tbs. salt
1/4 cup sugar
0.33 cup canola oil
1 tsp instant yeast
2 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients.
2. Knead until smooth and elastic.
3. Let rise until double.
4. Divide into 24 portions and shape into rolls.
5. Let rise on lightly oiled sheets
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Cool on Racks.
