This is a favorite from the book- Bread Machine Magic by Linda Rehberg and Lois Conway. Ingredients:
5/8 cup milk |
3/4 cup water |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cups bread flour |
1 cup rye flour |
1 1/2 tsp. salt |
1 1/2 tbsp. butter |
3 tbsp. molasses |
1 tbsp. caraway seeds |
2 tsp. yeast |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start. Or use the dough cycle and let raise in pan and bake in your reg. oven. |
