This is a favorite from the book- Bread Machine Magic by Linda Rehberg and Lois Conway.
Ingredients:
5/8 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
2 tsp. yeast
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start. Or use the dough cycle and let raise in pan and bake in your reg. oven.
