A traditional Christmas Eve dish served in Poland. Ingredients:
1 kg cod |
2 teaspoons canola oil |
500 g carrots |
200 g celery root |
150 g onions |
150 g parsnips |
10 g tomato paste |
Directions:
1. 1. Boil the water and oil in a pot. 2. 2. Add chopped onion and grated carrots, celery and parsnip. 3. 3. Cook on low heat until soft. 4. 4. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar to taste. |
