This is my husband's favorite recipe! Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns (diced style) |
3/8 cup melted margarine |
1 can cream of celery soup |
3/4 cup sour cream |
1 cup shredded cheese (i usually use cheddar) |
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs (add on top at end) |
Directions:
1. Grease 9 x13 pan. 2. Layer ingredients in above order. 3. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees covered. 4. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes with cornflake crumbs on top. |
