Another Meatloaf Recipe! It is a keeper though. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
2 eggs |
1 cup corn flakes, slightly crushed |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons dried parsley |
1 onion, chopped |
1/2 cup catsup |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. Mix sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl. 3. Mix 1/2 sauce mixture into meatloaf ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining sauce and continue baking 20 minutes longer or until done - 160 degrees. |
