Another Meatloaf Recipe! It is a keeper though.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup corn flakes, slightly crushed
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Mix sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl.
3. Mix 1/2 sauce mixture into meatloaf ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining sauce and continue baking 20 minutes longer or until done - 160 degrees.
