Ingredients:
3 pound(s) salt water fish |
1/3 cup(s) olive oil |
1 clove(s) garlic |
1 onion |
1 jar(s) pimento |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1 tablespoon(s) capers |
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
4 cloves |
12 green olives pitted |
1 can(s) tomatoes either chopped or crushed |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil. Saute diced garlic, onion and pimento. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer a short time and pour over fish. Bake until done. Good over snapper, king mackeral and sea bass. |
