A crunchy dip to eat with Fritos. Justlearningtocook gave me this recipe... its from one of her friends... Ive never made this dip but it sounds delicious Ingredients:
2 cans mexican corn, drained well |
1 cup sour cream |
a cup mayo |
1/8 teaspoon sugar |
2 green onion chopped fine |
10 oz cheddar cheese, grated |
2 chopped jalapenos, optional |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients 2. Chill for about 1 hour or so before serving 3. Serve with big Fritos |
