A while back I got some old recipe books in sorry shape, I tore out some of the readable recipes with potential. I haven't tried this one yet, putting it here for future use. Enjoy! Ingredients:
3 cups rutabagas, pared and cubed |
3 cups potatoes, pared and cubed |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
light cream |
butter |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook rutabaga, potatoes and onion in boiling water until tender (20 minutes). Drain and mash with cream and butter until light and fluffy. |
