I've always liked rutabaga, posting this to try it later, Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rutabagas, peeled and chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 cup sugar |
3 -4 drops tabasco sauce |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except butter with water to cover in saucepan. 2. Cook 20-30 minutes, until tender; drain. 3. Mash with butter and serve immediately. |
