Rustic Oat Crumble Topping |

A wholesome topping, where you can used on any seasonal fruit that you have on hand. Can be used on raw or stewed fruits. Ingredients:
125 g butter, chopped into pieces |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 1/4 cups flour |
1/2 cup rolled oats, traditional not instant |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Roughly rub through the butter. 3. Place on top of prepared fruit base of either stewed, canned or raw fruit. 4. Bake at 200 C for 40-50 minutes. |
