15 oz cannelini beans, drained |
1 cup onion, sliced |
3 cloves garlic, sliced thin |
15 oz diced tomatoes |
1/2 medium bell pepper |
1/2 tablespoon olive oil |
1 pinch of rosemary |
1 dash of salt |
1/4 cup white wine, for deglazing pan |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Saute Onions and pepper, adding garlic to pan when onions are limp. Saute 1-2 minutes more. 2. Reduce heat to medium and add beans, tomatoes, herbs and salt. 3. Cook on low until mixture reduces some. Deglaze pan with wine. |
