Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) butter |
3 pound(s) cubed, boneless, skinless chicken breast |
3 tablespoon(s) rustic herb seasoning |
2 pound(s) small red potatoes unpeeled and cut into 1 inch cubes |
3/4 cup(s) chicken broth |
12 ounce(s) green beans |
Directions:
1. Heat butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet with a cover. Add chicken and Rustic Herb Seasoning; sauté until chicken is no longer pink. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 or until potatoes are almost tender. Add green beans; cook, covered, an additional 10 minutes or until beans are crisp - tender. |
