This is the recipe that my step dad uses and it is great. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans whole kernel corn (well drained) |
1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Beat milk and eggs together. Add flour, sugar, salt, pepper, and butter, MIX! 2. Add drained corn and cream corn. Pour into baking dish. Bake 350* for 40 -50 minutes or untill set. |
