1 cup corn syrup |
11 ounces sweetened condensed milk |
2 cups brown sugar, packed |
1 cup pecans |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. mwlt butter, corn syrup and condensed milk in large heavy pan. 2. add brown sugar. 3. bring to a boil. 4. stir constantly until candy therometer registers firm/hard ball stage. 5. stir in pecans and vanilla. 6. pour onto greased 11x17 inch baking sheet. 7. cool. 8. wrap in waxed paper. |
