From . Sounds refreshing, though I haven't tried it yet. Ingredients:
1/2 lb radish |
2 tomatoes |
4 mint leaves |
4 scallions, sliced (or 1/3 red onion, sliced thin) |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
3 teaspoons lemon juice |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel radish and slice finely. 2. Slice tomatoes. 3. Chop onion and mint finely. 4. Combine all the ingredients and dress with oil, lemon juice. 5. Season to taste. |
