Russian Radish-Tomato-Mint Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 lb radish
2 tomatoes
4 mint leaves
4 scallions, sliced (or 1/3 red onion, sliced thin)
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Peel radish and slice finely.
2. Slice tomatoes.
3. Chop onion and mint finely.
4. Combine all the ingredients and dress with oil, lemon juice.
5. Season to taste.
