A different and interesting way to eat eggs. The cooking time includes the 30 minute chilling time. Ingredients:
6 eggs, hard boiled |
1 teaspoon horseradish |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut eggs in halves and place on a platter. 2. Blend the rest of ingredients together and pour over the eggs. 3. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving. |
